Release note :
1. Simplify usage of attendance.
2. Fix notification bug in user report.
3. Change the way that announcement and general forum display.
4. Fix the display problem in intro.
5. Hide Status set in attendence module, if you want to open it, go to Course administration-> Course utility-> Permission setting and enable "Changing Preferences".
6. Upgrade php version.
