Physical Education (I)體育(一)
一、課程概述
Course descriptions

1. This course mainly focuses on cultivating physical fitness and basic skills in swimming and other sports (e.g., pickleball, volleyball, softball and weight training). It also emphasizes class team spirit and the development of lifelong sports habits.
2. Class format: 5-10 minutes of warm-up exercises, 10 minutes of physical training, 50 minutes of various skill training and drills, 5-10 minutes of explanation & understanding of sports knowledge and rules, and 50 minutes of group games/competition.
一、 本課程主要在培養體適能及游泳和其他運動(匹克球、排球、壘球與重訓)基本動作 之基本技能,同時強調班級團隊精神以及養成終生運動習慣。
二、 上課方式:5-10 分鐘熱身操, 10分鐘體能訓練,50分鐘各項技能訓練與練習,5-10 分鐘運動知識與規則講解、50分鐘分組比賽。
