In this course, students will develop integrated English language proficiency by applying listening, speaking, reading, and writing skills to comprehend, analyze, and communicate ideas in academic and real-world contexts. Through a theme-based, task-oriented, and project-based learning approach, students will engage in collaborative inquiry, problem solving, authentic communication, and design thinking while gradually producing meaningful project outcomes. The course also incorporates academic communication skills, including summarizing, note-taking, data interpretation, academic presentation, source integration, and responsible use of academic sources, to strengthen students' readiness for English-medium instruction (EMI). AI-assisted and digital learning tools are integrated to support language practice, AI-supported collaborative learning, feedback-driven revision and self-reflection, and the maintenance of learning records throughout iterative project development. By the end of the course, students will be able to use appropriate vocabulary, grammar, and communication strategies to express ideas clearly and accurately, interpret academic information, demonstrate greater learner autonomy and AI literacy, and participate effectively in EMI learning environments.
