This class aims to help students understand not only the concepts of HRM and leadership, but also the applications of HRM and leadership in practices. After taking this class, students are expected to understand strategic HRM and leadership, personnel planning and recruiting, interviewing, training and developing employees, performance management and appraisal, managing global human resources, leadership and so on.
