本課程旨在介紹金融科技的發展脈絡、核心技術及其於金融產業中的主要應用。課程內容涵蓋雲端運算、大數據、新市場平台、人工智慧、區塊鏈等數位科技，並探討其在支付、存款與借貸、募資、投資管理、純網路銀行及開放銀行等金融服務中的應用。此外，課程亦涵蓋監理科技、資訊安全與風險管理等議題，引導學生從技術、金融服務、商業模式及監理風險等不同面向，理解金融科技所帶來的創新機會與潛在挑戰。透過課堂講授與案例討論，培養學生對金融科技基本概念、產業發展趨勢及實務應用的理解與分析能力。

This course introduces the evolution, core technologies, and major applications of financial technology in the financial industry. The course covers digital technologies such as cloud computing, big data, emerging market platforms, artificial intelligence, and blockchain, and examines their applications in payments, deposits and lending, fundraising, investment management, internet-only banking, and open banking. It also addresses topics related to regulatory technology, information security, and risk management. Students will be guided to understand the innovation opportunities and potential challenges brought by FinTech from the perspectives of technology, financial services, business models, regulation, and risk. Through lectures and case discussions, the course develops students’ understanding and analytical ability regarding fundamental FinTech concepts, industry trends, and practical applications.
