本課程旨在系統性引導學員理解新創企業之核心營運思維，探討新創企業在競爭環境中如何回應既有企業所帶來的挑戰，並深入介紹新創企業常見的籌資管道及投資者對其成長與價值創造的期待。同時，課程將聚焦於新創企業在成長與擴張過程中所面臨的關鍵管理議題，協助學員建立整合性的管理視角。透過理論探討與實務反思，課程亦引導學員重新思考「創業家精神」在個人職涯規劃中的角色與重要性，進而激發創業動機與創新意識，傳授創新創業的核心知識與方法，全面強化學員的創新與創業實踐能力。

This course is designed to systematically guide students in understanding the core operational logic of new ventures, examine how startups respond to challenges posed by incumbent firms in competitive environments, and provide an in-depth overview of common financing channels for startups as well as investors’ expectations regarding growth and value creation. The course also focuses on the key managerial issues that startups encounter during periods of growth and expansion, helping students develop an integrated managerial perspective. Through theoretical analysis and practical reflection, the course encourages students to reconsider the role and importance of entrepreneurial spirit in personal career planning, thereby stimulating entrepreneurial motivation and innovative thinking, imparting essential knowledge and approaches to innovation and entrepreneurship, and comprehensively strengthening students' capabilities in entrepreneurial and innovative practice.
