The course focuses on the basic knowledge of health promotion among the elderly, including prevention, health promotion, disease self-management, and interpretation of medical information, and provides expansive coverage of the interaction of smart technology and health literacy, highlighting innovative approaches and discussing how to use technology among adults. The students will be trained to design health service or smart devices that fulfill the demands of this resource limited group.
