This course introduces students to the foundations, theories, and practices of employment counseling and career guidance in a global and digital context. Students will explore both the job seeker's perspective (self-understanding, employability, adaptability) and the counselor's perspective (assessment, interview techniques, ethics). Through a bilingual EMI approach, students will practice English communication for professional settings and apply career counseling concepts creatively.
