按行政法是法律學中針對公共政策形成法律的過程所須具備的專業知識與素養，培養學生對政策實證研究與法學規範做整合能力的學科。本學期行政法課程旨在培養學生瞭解行政法之理論與架構，並對公共政策具有反思的能力。本課程的授課範圍，包括行政的概念、行政法上之一般原理原則、行政行為形式、行政組織法、公務員法、行政程序、行政執行、行政罰法、國家責任法及行政救濟法作專題介紹。並藉由案例討論，使同學了解法規之引用，並拋出議題，引發同學學習興趣及回應，期透過互動式教學，增加學習興趣，強化學習成效，亦適合有志國家高普考或公營事業機構考試之同學選修。
This course includes the concept of administration, Concept and Classification of Administrative Law, Civil Service Law, The Administrative Organic law, Administrative Procedure Act , Administrative Penalty Act , Administrative Appeal Act and Administrative Litigation Act. Through case study, students can understand the reference of laws and regulations, and raise issues to arouse students' interest in learning and responses. Through interactive teaching, it is expected to increase learning interest and strengthen learning effectiveness.
