本課程為資訊安全導論性質課程，設計對象為非資訊學門背景學生。課程前九週（含期中考）內容涵蓋資安核心概念、常見攻擊手法、防禦技術與資安治理政策 每週皆採 「 情境案例 → 威脅認識 → 攻擊手法 → 防禦與復原 → 政策制定」之五階段教學架構，並搭配 EC-Council CEH Certified Ethical Hacker）、CND Certified Network Defender）部分合宜內容設計教材。 最後從管理的角度來瞭解資訊安全 的管理基礎和策略發展，並能進一步對國際資安管理趨 勢 有所認知。
This course is designed as an introductory course in information security for students without a background in information technology or computer science. The first nine weeks, including the midterm examination, cover core information security concepts, common attack techniques, defensive technologies, and cybersecurity governance policies.
Each week follows a five-stage instructional framework: scenario-based case study → threat awareness → attack techniques → defense and recovery → policy development. Selected and appropriate topics from the EC-Council Certified Ethical Hacker (CEH) and Certified Network Defender (CND) programs are incorporated into the course materials.
The latter part of the course introduces the fundamentals of information security management and the development of security strategies from a managerial perspective. It also enables students to gain an understanding of current trends in international cybersecurity management and governance.
