為培養學生的公民素養，激勵學生服務社會的熱誠，強化品格教育並培養大學生的公民責任感與同理心，學習如何結合與應用自身的專業知能，提出解決問題的創新社會實踐方案，本課程安排一系列的課程，陪伴學生完成完整的社會實踐歷程，並從調查研究的實作中學習研究設計、資料蒐集與分析、撰寫成果報告的技巧。
本學期校內合作單位為衛生保健組，實踐主題以校園菸害防制與健康促進議題為主，修課學生皆須參加課程安排之戒菸班級宣導、校園吸菸熱點巡查、協助舉辦健康促進活動等，校內實作活動整學期時數約6~10小時。
To cultivate students' civic literacy, inspire their enthusiasm for serving society, strengthen character education, and foster a sense of civic responsibility and empathy among university students, this course is designed to guide students in integrating and applying their professional knowledge to develop innovative social practice projects that address real-world problems. A series of structured activities will accompany students throughout the entire social practice process, allowing them to gain hands-on experience in research design, data collection and analysis, and report writing.
This semester, the on-campus partner is the CCU Health center. The main theme of the practice focuses on tobacco hazard prevention and health promotion on campus. All enrolled students are required to participate in activities such as anti-smoking class promotions, inspections of smoking hotspots on campus, and assisting in the organization of health promotion events. The total number of hours for these on-campus practical activities will be approximately 6 to 10 hours throughout the semester.
