金融法是規範金融市場之法律，本課程將分成兩部分探討金融法。第一部分探索金融市場監理之基本原則，本部分將採John Armour 等著 Principles of Financial Regulation （中譯本）為教科書，透過該書Part A-C之討論，達此目的。第二部分則以第一部分為基礎，探討金融科技(FinTech)發展及其監理，議題包括：加密貨幣、理財機器人及監理沙盒等。
Financial law is the law that regulates the financial market. This course will be divided into two parts to explore financial law. The first part explores the basic principles of financial market supervision. This part will use Principles of Financial Regulation as a textbook, and focus on Part A-C of the book. The second part will build on the first part and explore the development of financial technology (FinTech) and its supervision. Topics include: cryptocurrency, robo-advisor, and financial regulatory sandbox.
