延續最近商法精選判決研究(一)對於判決之討論方式，本課程將以近五年各級法院所作成商法（包括：公司法、證券交易法與保險法）判決為研究素材，瞭解法院對商法爭議問題之最新看法，並比較法院間對爭議問題之見解是否一致。
Following the case discussion approach used in the recent "Selected Studies on Commercial Law Judgments (I)," this course will utilize commercial law judgments—including Company Law, Securities and Exchange Act, and Insurance Law—rendered by courts at all levels over the past five years as research materials. The goal is to understand the courts' latest perspectives on controversial issues in commercial law and to compare whether the opinions held by different courts on these disputes are consistent.
