金融法(financial law)的範圍包括：銀行法、金融控股公司法、金融消費者保護法、洗錢防制法、電子支付機構管理條例等。本課程將對這些法制加以介紹。然而本課程進行方式並非介紹法條，而是著重於討論法條背後之法理。本課程亦將探討金融科技(fintech)對金融法制之挑戰。
This course covers Banking Law, Financial Holding Company Law, Financial Consumer Protection Act, The Act Governing Electronic Payment Institutions. This course will go through the statue of the above laws and regulations and discuss the reasons behind the texts of statutes. The course will also discuss the challenges which Fintech brings to financial laws.
