本課程擬對於國際法與國內法的關係、國際法的主體以及承認等國際公法基礎理論加以介紹，輔以分析國際法規範與國際爭端解決的案例，期使學生瞭解國家及其他國際法主體在從事國際事務時，所可享受的權利及應負擔的義務。

The module introduces several fundamental topics in public international law in this semester, such as the relationship between international law and domestic law, subjects of international law, and recognition.
