本課程每學期選定與刑事法學、犯罪學或刑事政策有關的主題或書籍，修課同學必須閱讀指定文獻或判決，輪流報告，並積極參與討論。除了中文文獻以外，也希望修課同學能夠閱讀外文，運用外文文獻做課程報告與期末報告。

Each semester, this seminar explores selected topics or major works in criminal law, criminology, or criminal justice policy. Students are required to read assigned scholarly literature and judicial decisions, deliver oral presentations, and actively participate in class discussions. In addition to Chinese-language materials, students are encouraged to read foreign-language scholarship and incorporate it into both class presentations and the final research paper. The course aims to strengthen students' research, critical analysis, and academic communication skills.
