本課程以行政作用法為授課內容，由修課同學就教師所定題目擇一報告，經同學討論後，由教師講評。
This course focuses on the law of administrative action. Each student is required to select one of the topics assigned by the instructor and give an oral presentation. The presentation will be followed by class discussion, after which the instructor will provide comments and feedback.
