本課程在介紹產業分析與商業模式的相關理論與概念，包括產業組織與五力分析、產業疆界、產業生態、產業標準、策略群組、價值體系、產業群落、產業與區位、產業生命週期、產業轉型與群落演化、動態競爭、價值網與競合關係。同時，藉由精選案例之探討，提供學習者策略管理的實務作法。如此，將使學習者得將產業分析與商業模式的相關理論與概念運用於企業經營實境中，同時能夠自主分析及撰寫完整的產業報告。

This course introduces key theories and concepts related to industry analysis and business models, including industrial organization and Five Forces analysis, industry boundaries, industry ecosystems, industry standards, strategic groups, value systems, industrial clusters, industry and location, industry life cycles, industry transformation and cluster evolution, dynamic competition, value networks, and coopetitive relationships. In addition, through the discussion of carefully selected cases, the course provides learners with practical approaches to strategic management. As a result, students will be able to apply theories and concepts of industry analysis and business models to real-world business contexts, and independently analyze and prepare comprehensive industry reports.
