It also covers some basic know-hows of digital transformation - what they are, how they affect the individual, organization, and country, and how they can make business more competitive and efficient when enterprises are going to/performing digital transformation. In addition, information technologies (ITs) for digital transformation have become essential for creating competitive firms, managing global corporations, and providing useful products and services to customers. Therefore, we also discuss the related topics with respect to ITs on this class. This can help managers to efficiently analyze and manage ITs as implementing digital transformation.
