本課程目標為協助及輔導修課同學組成新創團隊並參加校內外創業競賽，同時也希望透過實際參與創業競賽活動來幫助修課學生能夠成功地發展他們的創新創業構想，進一步撰寫創業營運計畫書，並在市場中籌資與集資。本課程主要教學目標在於訓練學生：
1. 熟悉創新創業之理論實務及行動實踐。
2. 瞭解創新與創業的關鍵議題與相關解決方案。
3. 積極參與各項創業與管理相關競賽。

The objective of this course is to support and mentor enrolled students in forming startup teams and participating in on- and off-campus entrepreneurship competitions. Through direct engagement in entrepreneurial competitions, the course also aims to help students successfully develop their innovative and entrepreneurial ideas, further translate them into comprehensive business plans, and pursue funding and capital raising in the marketplace. The primary instructional objectives of this course are to train students to:
1. Become proficient in the theories, practices, and action-oriented implementation of innovation and entrepreneurship.
2. Understand key issues in innovation and entrepreneurship, along with relevant solutions.
3. Actively participate in various entrepreneurship- and management-related competitions.
