This course is oriented towards research on humanistic leadership and business ethics. I would like to introduce you some fundamental concepts and issues in leadership and ethics. You need to take turns present the assigned articles. We will go through each article and try to come up with some innovative research questions on leadership and ethics. By the end of the semester, you need to submit a final report. Before that, you are to present your ideas in the class. Your final report should contain a model, literature review, and your hypotheses.
