The course will provide an overview of human resource management, with emphasis in human resource planning and strategy, personnel selection, equal employment opportunity, training, performance appraisal, compensation, and contemporary issues in organizational behavior. Through the introduction of these HRM topics, this course will provide an opportunity for students to understand and aware the importance of HRM practices in business management field.
