Organization theory seeks to answer questions such as what are organizations, why organizations exist, how to interact with environments (other organizations), and how to organize works. Due to the complexity of these questions, multiple theories are used to explain, analysis, and predict the organizational world. This course aims to introduce relevant theories and to equip students with theoretical lens to address organizational issues.
