This class aims to help students understand not only the concepts of HRM, but also the
applications of HRM in practices. After taking this class, students are expected to understand
strategic HRM, personnel planning and recruiting, interviewing, training and developing
employees, performance management and appraisal, managing global human resources ,and so
on.
