建立學生對商事法的基本概念與基本體系架構，讓學生對公司法、證券交易法、票據法、保險法、海商法等商事法律的規範具備一定程度的認知與了解，同時讓學生能夠了解公司法、證券交易法、票據法、保險法、海商法等商事法律的規範的基本內涵，以及相關延伸的問題，讓學生修完本課程後能夠掌握該等商事法律的基本規範以及能夠具備初步的運用能力。
This course is designed to cultivate students’ understanding of the basic concepts and structural framework of commercial law. Enabling them to achieve a certain level of comprehension regarding the principles of Company Act, Securities and Exchange Act, Insurance Act, and Maritime Act. The curriculum also emphasizes the exploration of the core content and related issues of these commercial law. Upon completion of the course, students should be able to grasp the fundamental principles of various commercial laws and acquire preliminary practical application abilities.
