先建立學生法學基礎概念，讓學生具備基礎法學知識，於修習民法概要時能夠了解民法各編規範的基本內涵，同時透過實際案例的分析與講解，讓學生對整部民法基本體系的深入與內容的熟稔，讓學生修完本課程後能夠掌握民法的基本規範以及能夠具備初步的運用能力。另外，本課程以案例作為教學主體，透過案例的講解，引導學生對民法的學習，讓學生能夠了解民法基本規範的內容以及具備初步運用的基礎能力。
This course aims to establish students’ foundational concepts in legal studies, equipping them with basic legal knowledge. As a result, students will be able to comprehend the core content of each section of the Civil Code when studying its overview. The curriculum integrates analysis and explanation of practical cases to help students gain an indepth understanding of the fundamental structure and content of the Civil Code. Upon completion of the course, students are expected to be familiar with the basic principles of the Civil Code and possess preliminary practical application skills.
