課程概述：
Error-correction coding (ECC) techniques are essential for detecting and rectifying errors in digital communication. From wireless mobile channels to multimedia storage systems, the reliability of modern data depends on robust error control. This course demonstrates the critical role of coding in system design, guiding students through the selection of optimal code parameters and the application of various codes. Furthermore, we provide an in-depth analysis of decoding techniques and their practical implementation.
