This course provides an in-depth, transistor-level treatment of MOS analog integrated circuit design. The course covers: (1) non-linear circuit analysis, diodes and load-line concepts; (2) the MOSFET device physics, DC operating point, biasing and small-signal modeling; (3) single-stage amplifiers — common-source, common-gate and common-drain; (4) cascode and cascaded amplifiers; (5) differential amplifiers and (6) operational amplifiers.
