本課程旨在介紹臨床神經心理衡鑑的基本理論、實務流程與臨床應用。課程內容涵蓋神經心理衡鑑的目的、基本概念、功能損傷之測量假設、衡鑑程序、臨床會談，以及資料分析、結果解釋與診斷議題。同時，課程將介紹定向力、注意力、學習與記憶、知覺、語言、建構能力、執行功能及社會認知等重要認知功能領域之常用神經心理測驗。除衡鑑理論與工具訓練外，本課程亦將複習常見中樞神經系統疾患之神經心理表現。透過課堂講授、測驗介紹、施測演練、實作考試、個案資料分析與衡鑑報告撰寫，學生將學習整合會談資料、行為觀察、測驗結果及相關臨床資訊，進行個案概念化，並培養標準化施測、正確計分、審慎解釋及撰寫專業衡鑑報告的能力。
This course introduces the theoretical foundations, core procedures, and clinical applications of neuropsychological assessment. Topics include clinical interviewing, behavioral observation, test selection, standardized administration and scoring, interpretation of findings, and diagnostic formulation. Students will become familiar with commonly used measures of orientation, attention, processing speed, learning and memory, visuospatial functioning, language, executive functions, and social cognition. The course also reviews the neuropsychological profiles associated with common central nervous system disorders. Through lectures, test demonstrations, administration practice, case-based analysis, and report writing, students will learn to integrate multiple data source to develop case conceptualizations, identify cognitive strengths and weaknesses, and formulate clinically appropriate recommendations.
