本課程為職前師資培育之教育方法學課程，旨在協助師資生系統性掌握班級經營的核心知能。課程架構採功能領域編排（教室環境設計、師生與同儕關係經營、行為期望訂定、特殊需求學生認識、親師合作、教學時間與動機管理、不當行為回應等），並整合經典理論家（Canter果斷紀律、Dreikurs邏輯後果、Ginott和諧溝通、Gordon教師效能訓練、Jones正向班級紀律）之具體操作技巧，融入修復式實踐與正向行為支持（PBIS）等當代取向。透過小組班級經營方案實作演示檢視學生應用能力，並於期末結合教師資格檢定考古題進行筆試評量。

This course is an educational methodology course designed for pre-service teacher education, aiming to assist teacher candidates in systematically mastering the core knowledge and skills of classroom management. The course structure is organized by functional areas (classroom environment design, managing teacher-student and peer relationships, establishing behavioral expectations, understanding students with special needs, parent-teacher collaboration, instructional time and motivation management, responding to misbehavior, etc.). It integrates the concrete operational techniques of classic theorists (Canter’s Assertive Discipline, Dreikurs’ Logical Consequences, Ginott’s Congruent Communication, Gordon’s Teacher Effectiveness Training, and Jones’ Positive Classroom Discipline) while incorporating contemporary approaches such as Restorative Practices and Positive Behavioral Interventions and Supports (PBIS). Students' application abilities will be assessed through group presentations of practical classroom management plans, followed by a final written exam incorporating past questions from the Teacher Certification Exam.
