為培養影像製作的知識與技術，本課程提供基礎的教材、主題與觀摩經典作品，讓同學通過實作學習。課程主題包含兩個面向：攝影與錄像。同學在學習攝製單張照片的基礎上，再發展製作影片的能力。修習完本課後，同學能掌握影像製作的基礎原理與技巧，銜接進階的製作課程與職業需要。

This course introduces the fundamental concepts and techniques of photography and videography through essential topics, practical materials, and exemplary works. Drawing on principles of visual analysis, students will develop an understanding of both still photography and moving-image production.
Through intensive practice, students will learn how to communicate a subject visually, including the emotions and circumstances of characters and the atmosphere of a scene. By the end of the course, students will have acquired foundational knowledge and practical skills in visual production, preparing them for advanced training and future professional work.
