本課程主要邀請學術界、企業界、政府部門之學者、專家進行專題演講與互動討論。此外，亦針對勞工關係、人力資源管理等相關領域，進行書報、期刊論文之閱讀、個案研討、小組討論等，以增進同學對於實務與理論之瞭解。
This course invites scholars and experts from academia, industry, and government sectors to deliver guest lectures and engage in interactive discussions. In addition, students will explore topics related to labor relations and human resource management through reading books and journal articles, case studies, and group discussions, in order to deepen their understanding of both practical applications and theoretical concepts.
