This course provides students with an in-depth coverage of the recruitment and staffing function within organizations. Topics that will be particularly emphasized include: human resource planning, job analysis, and other techniques used in recruitment and selection. Students will learn how to implement recruitment and selection activities through lecture, class discussion, and experiential exercises.
