This course is designed for TEFL MA students who are preparing to write their thesis and need practical support in producing academic writing rather than general English composition. Over the semester, students are guided through the key moves of thesis writing—refining a feasible TEFL research topic, identifying a research problem and gap, formulating aligned research questions, and conducting systematic literature searches. The course includes several key activities that directly contribute to students’ own thesis drafts, supported by structured peer feedback, model analysis of TEFL MA theses, and consultation sessions for revision.
