This course is designed for learners who have NO or LITTLE prior knowledge in Chinese language and culture.
This course will:
1. introduce Hanyu Pinyin as a learning tool for Chinese pronunciation.
2. help beginners build and practice Chinese pronunciation and Chinese characters.
3. focus on four language skills, which include listening, reading, speaking, and writing.
4. build up students’ ability to complete communicational tasks.
