This class is about psycholinguistics, the study of natural human language processing by natural humans (speakers, signers, readers, babies, students). There is no textbook, but every week we will discuss a detailed handout and a (relatively) new research article on the topic of the week. By the end of the semester you will be able to run and report your own original psycholinguistic study. Even after the semester ends, the background and skills you learn will (probably) help you in conducting your own future research.
