Course time will be devoted primarily to discussions of reading assignments, writing assignment previews, group work, and occasional videos/movies. On several occasions, students will use the entire period to write an in-class essay. When necessary, grammar and structure exercises will also be included. Students will be required to complete and hand in frequent writing assignments.
You will experience writing through reading & analyzing different kinds of texts, engaging in discussion with your peers and instructor, as well as writing & revising your own drafts.
