教學目標及範圍 教學目標:培養學生認識了解奈米材料之特殊光電性質,進而具設計與製備具特殊光電性質之奈米結構材料之基本能力,並擴展應用於光電元件與系統與其他相關研究。
課程概述:介紹奈米材料之光電性質與相關應用,課程內容將包含: 奈米科技之近展與應用、奈米光電之基本觀念、量子侷限材料,光子晶體基本觀念、光子晶體之非線性光學增強效應、二維光子晶體波導、光子晶體製備、光子晶體光纖、表面電漿子。
