The module is concerned with the laws and regulations governing modern Taiwanese legal system. The legal issues considered in this module mainly involve two aspects. One relates to those municipal rules governing Taiwan’s constitutional, civil and commercial, and criminal legal systems. The other relates to municipal and international legal rules regulating Taiwan’s external political and economic relations.
