This course aims to give you an informed understanding of theoretical principles and practical issues involved in developing curricula and materials for teaching proficiency-oriented courses in English for general and specific purposes. It also aims to develop students' ability to design, adapt and evaluate TEFL materials as well as language-learning tasks or activities. In this course, students will have opportunities to adopt a variety of roles, including course designer, implementer, and evaluator of TEFL materials and activities.
