This course is designed to introduce students to theories and principles underlying translation practices. It also aims to provide opportunities for students to reflect on the differences between the Chinese and the English languages. Through weekly hands-on practice, students will develop an awareness of the subtleties in language and thereby raise their language proficiency to a higher level.
